NEW MEDIACENTRAL | CLOUD UX APP – MEET MEDIACENTRAL | ACQUIRE 

The web-based MediaCentral | Cloud UX already unifies your workflows and now adds ingest control to its long list of capabilities. 

MediaCentral | Acquire is an app in MediaCentral | Cloud UX which enables teams to preview, control, and schedule media ingest jobs from anywhere. 

From crash recordings to recurring, scheduled recordings, MediaCentral | Acquire gives users the power to control ingest from MediaCentral | Stream and FastServe | Ingest devices – and with integrated router control, it is the ideal solution for a host of workflows. 

NEW CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS 

MediaCentral is all about putting the power of production into the hands of the users, and now it comes with even greater ways to set up your screen just the way you want it to maximize your flow. 

Create your own saved layout, and even set it as default, so that when you log in, you are always exactly where you want to be to do your work. Quickly switch between layouts as you wish while you move through  tasks. And administrators can set up layouts and share with all users. 

Additional to saved layouts, there are new options to create favorite folder shortcuts so you can  get to your media quicker and easier than ever. 

PLAN YOUR WORK AND TRACK THE PROGRESS FROM CREATION TO DISTRIBUTION 

MediaCentral | Collaborate gets more time saving features to boost your productivity. 

The app in MediaCentral | Cloud UX helps teams plan effectively, notify users of assignments and tasks, share content and track every stage of the production process. In the new release, there are quick filters to search for contacts and resources and the ability to add new contacts and resources from any screen. There is also a new sleek look to the mobile app, available exclusively for iOS. 

The MediaCentral | Collaborate app is available in MediaCentral | Cloud UX, on iOS mobile devices, Media Composer and for Adobe Premiere Pro Creative Cloud clients, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop. 

OTHER ENHANCEMENTS 

With feature enhancements to workflows with Adobe Premiere Pro, updates to integrated AI capabilities with Microsoft Azure, new “proxy only” workflows for MediaCentral | Asset Management and much more, the MediaCentral 2022.12 release builds on the foundation already being enjoyed by production teams across the globe.
