The NC120 News Editing with Media Composer course introduces an in-depth look into the workflow of editing nonlinear video and audio to a news story originated through a newsroom computer system (NRCS) using Media Composer with Avid Media Composer | NewsCutter Option. Basic interactions with workgroup components such as Avid MediaCentral | Production and Newsroom Management, Avid NEXIS, and the NRCS tool are also introduced within the course.

This course prepares candidates wishing to sit the Avid Certified User: Media Composer | NewsCutter Option certification exam.
