Emmy-nominated Editor Daniel Flesher has left a mark on various fields, ranging from film and television to music videos and commercials. His recent work editing Hulu’s History of the World Part II, a sequel to the original 1981 film, has earned him his first Primetime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Picture Editing for Variety Programming.

Daniel also edited the A24 feature film The Last Movie Star, starring Burt Reynolds, Chevy Chase, Ariel Winter, and Clark Duke. Daniel’s comedic sensibility was able to bring levity to key scenes in this drama, highlighting his ability to discover and amplify humor in unexpected places.

Prior to that, the feature film Director's Cut, which Daniel edited, became the Opening Night Selection at the Slamdance Film Festival and received its LA debut at The Arclight Cinema.

Daniel’s other notable editor credits include Netflix’s Murderville, starring Will Arnett, Marshawn Lynch and Ken Jeong; Peacock’s Comedy series Shrink; and the upcoming Western Last Train to Fortune, starring Malcolm McDowell and Mary Steenburgen.

Already a prestigious editor of comedic narrative content; Daniel strives to expand his horizons into new subgenres of comedy and action/sci-fi adventure. Outside of editing, Daniel is an active mountaineer and climber who has summited Mt. Rainier and climbed the notorious Epinephrine line in Red Rocks, Nevada.
